Bowfishing is one of our favorite things to do in the Spring and Summer. Not only is it fast and exciting, but helps sharpen your bowhunting skills as well. Here in Central Missouri off the Missouri River we are lucky to have numerous species we are able to shoot. With the invasive Asian Carp taking over our waters, there’s never a shortage of fish to shoot. We had a very successful summer taking over 400 fish, including 8 different species of fish. We do all this without a boat with lights. Most of our hunting is done during the day from bridges and banks of creeks. We have found a lot of success from walking the banks quietly and finding fish at the surface. This summer Tyler and Triple Threat Outdoors are hoping to provide guide services for people wanting to bowfish in Central Missouri.
